1. Design Consultation

With every project, big or small, a design consultation is the first step. This is an opportunity to talk through your project, whether it be layouts, finishes selection, furnishings, you name it. This is your chance to really pick my brain with any questions or ideas you may have. This may be the first step in a much bigger process, or, it may be the only service you need from me.

4. Construction Documentation 

Once the design is locked in, we create a comprehensive documentation set. This will not only be used for construction purposes to ensure all details are captured by the builder, but will also be used for pricing purposes to ensure accurate pricing and minimise the need for variations. 

2. Schematic Design

Following the design consultation, design intent is established. This includes layout design and a general design intent for the project, including materiality and colour palette. This will be presented to the client for review, and allows the opportunity to make further refinements if required.

5. Project Management

We will oversee the build to ensure the overall design intent is captured, improving quality of work and productivity on site. We will closely monitor budgets and timelines and ensure the project runs as smoothly as possible.

3. Design Development

With the clients approval of the schematic design, it is then further developed to specifically reflect the final design of the project. This includes material and finishes selection to be presented as physical samples, along with a 3D model and renders of the space. This will allow you to visualise your space before moving into construction.

6. Furniture

We curate specific furniture to suit your project, working within your budget, to ensure a cohesive finished product. This service can include art and décor selection if required.
